Property care by subscription
We offer monthly and annual plans for owners: key holding, scheduled inspections, maintenance and contractor coordination, utilities and syndic liaison, with detailed reporting. Pricing depends on the property and the volume of tasks.
Inspections & Key Holding
Scheduled visits with a written report and photos: windows and doors, heating, damp and leaks, post, meters. We hold the keys and let in whoever needs to come in.
Bills, Utilities & Syndic
We keep track of the property's bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, taxe foncière), liaise with the syndic of a co-ownership and pass on everything you need to decide or pay.
Arrival & Departure
Before you arrive: heating on, cleaning done, the house ready to live in. After you leave: water, heating and shutters set for the season.
Repairs & Contractors
We find tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, builders), get quotes, let them in, check the work and report back before you pay.
Urgent Problems at the Property
A leak, a break-in, storm damage: we go to the property, call in the right tradesperson and keep you informed until it is fixed. We are a small practice, not a 24-hour call centre. For medical or safety emergencies, call 112.
Notaire & Property Paperwork
We coordinate with notaires and other licensed professionals on property matters: sale or purchase files, leases, insurance claims. We organise; they advise.
Help beyond the house
This site is about the property. Everyday personal assistance (schools, doctors, bills, translation) is offered by our sister service conciergeservice.fr. One-off paperwork for people moving to France (titre de séjour, CPAM, bank account) is handled by RhineDesk.

What does property care include?
Scheduled inspections with a written report, key holding, opening and closing the house, finding and supervising tradespeople, following the property's bills and liaising with the syndic. The plan is built around your property and how often you are away.
How often do you visit the property?
As often as the plan says: typically every two weeks or once a month, plus visits after storms or when something needs checking. Each visit is reported in writing.
Can you deal with contractors while I am abroad?
Yes. We find tradespeople, collect quotes, let them in, check the work and report back before you pay. You decide; we organise.
Which areas do you cover?
Alsace: Strasbourg, Colmar, Haguenau, Saverne, Schiltigheim, Illkirch-Graffenstaden and surrounding areas within about 100 km.
What languages do you work in?
English, French and Russian.
How quickly can you respond to requests?
We reply to every request within two working days, usually sooner. For an urgent problem at a property we look after, we go round or send a tradesperson as fast as availability allows. For medical or safety emergencies, call 112.
