By accessing and using the French Property Care website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

French Property Care provides concierge and assistance services for expats and property owners in Alsace and Côte d'Azur, France. Our services include coordination and facilitation of:

  • Property management and maintenance coordination
  • Bill payment facilitation and organization
  • School enrollment assistance
  • Healthcare coordination
  • Translation and interpretation coordination
  • Administrative and bureaucratic assistance
  • Insurance and tax coordination

Important: We are a coordination and assistance service. We do not provide licensed professional services directly, including but not limited to legal advice, financial advice, medical services, insurance brokerage, or tax consulting. All professional services are provided by independent, licensed third parties.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual plans. Specific pricing and terms will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are detailed in individual service contracts.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary authorizations and documents for service coordination
  • Pay for services as agreed in your subscription plan
  • Cover all third-party costs (contractors, professionals, government fees, etc.)

5. Limitations of Liability

French Property Care acts as a coordinator and facilitator. We are not responsible for:

  • Actions, omissions, or quality of work of third-party professionals we coordinate with
  • Decisions made by government agencies, schools, or other institutions
  • Delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
  • Financial advice or outcomes related to tax or investment matters
  • Medical outcomes or healthcare decisions

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the subscription period in which any issue arose.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Information is shared with third parties only when necessary to provide our services and with your prior consent, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of French Property Care and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and we will provide reasonable transition assistance.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by French law. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. If legal action is necessary, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Strasbourg, France.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
